Pomino Spumante Bianco DOC - Metodo Classico - Brut

Leonia brut has a bright straw yellow colour with fine, persistent bubbles. The steady rise of fine bubbles creates a wonderful sensation of smoothness on the palate. The bouquet is complex with notes reminiscent of grapefruit, orange peel, yellow-fleshed fruits, white flowers and broom. Pastry aromas are prominent, with a hint of bread crust. The nose finishes with superb, developed notes of dried fruit and honey. On the palate, the 2021 Leonia Brut is flavourful, smooth and fresh. The finish is long and persistent.
