Effervescent lemon granulate
Effervescente is a cult Italian product: small effervescent granules that dissolve in a glass when water is added. They are a quick and easy way to make a sparkling, refreshing and digestive lemon-flavoured drink. It is a sodium bicarbonate-based preparation, with no colourings or preservatives. It is an ideal drink to aid digestion after a heavy meal!
Ingredients: Sucrose, acidity regulator: sodium bicarbonate, acidifier: malic acid, glucose syrup, lemon flavouring 0.14%, dehydrated lemon juice 0.1%, colouring: E132
Dissolve in a glass of water: 2 teaspoons per glass. Add water and drink while effervescent.
