The organic IGP balsamic vinegar from Modena is made exclusively from cooked grape must and wine vinegar. In keeping with the ancient tradition of balsamic vinegar, Acetomodena offers a range of condiments occasionally tailored to enhance the flavour of certain specific foods.

Fragrant and intense, this vinegar is ideal for cooking boiled vegetables and white meats or as a base for marinating roasts and large cuts of meat.
