Pecorino cheese cream with truffle and black pepper
A twist on a Roman tradition: pecorino cheese, black pepper and white truffle combine to create an irresistible cream sauce. Enjoy with tonnarelli pasta or gnocchi.
Ingredients: RICOTTA, water, PECORINO CHEESE, CREAM, sunflower oil, corn starch, salt, pepper, thickener: xanthan gum, sugar, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, flavouring, white truffle (Tuber magnatum, Pico) 0.1% (Origin: EU).
Store at room temperature, away from light and heat sources. After opening: store in the refrigerator between 0 and 4°C, consume within 4-5 days.
