A classic from the Giusti family, the 2 Gold Medals is a versatile product, used fresh or warm in cooking. With a good density and an optimal balance between sweet and sour, it is the ideal ingredient to always have in your pantry.

Uses: 

• It can be used raw or heated gently;
• We recommend it as an ingredient for dressings, marinades, dips or vinaigrettes;
• We can let it simmer in the pan until reduced to prepare caramelised onions, escalopes, or a sauce;
• Ideal for replacing soy sauce in a tartare or carpaccio of meat or fish, such as raw tuna or salmon;
• Ideal when added to raw or grilled vegetables, or to mixed salads.
